It is the life-blood of all great Americans! Yes, head down east beach drive past the boliver ferry turn off until is dead-ends then take a right. Head all the way down there and you should be able to get out on the beach and make it to the jetty area. Skippers meeting at 11am, ride starts at 1130 or so. Look forward to seeing you guys.
